Delivery / Collection

  • We strive to offer a fast and reliable service
  • We stock approximately 15,000 items in Jersey and boast over 250,000 items in our huge diverse ranges we supply.
  • Please note the "in stock" quantity listed online is the combination of Jersey stock and UK warehouse stock added together. If you require stock immediately please call or email to check "local" stock quantity. We are currently experiencing a restricted delivery schedule by freight companies into Jersey (since COVID-19) therefore stock being transferred from the UK warehouse may be delayed. Items out of stock in Jersey could potentially take a few days to arrive. Please bear with us during these strange and difficult times. Remember occasional adverse weather can also delay shipping.
  • Larger items like furniture showing a stock quantity are currently subject to approximately 7-14 days delivery schedule from the UK warehouse (if items are showing "out of stock" please contact customer services for an estimated due date). We do keep a good select range of seating, desking and storage units in our showroom at Sandybrook so please call if your requirement is urgent.
  • We ONLY deliver to Jersey (Channel Islands) based addresses
  • Delivery is free for all orders over the value of £30
  • Collection of orders from our shop at Sandybrook is free for any order value. If "collect from shop" is selected in online checkout, you must wait for confirmation that your order is ready to collect from Sandybrook (normally by phone or email)
  • Larger items such as furniture are normally supplied flat packed for self-assembly and will only be delivered to a ground floor address with easy access for lifting equipment if required (eg no steps). If you do require assembly of these items or delivery to a non ground floor address, please contact customer services who will be happy to discuss your requirements. Please note: there may be an additional charge for this service

Returns

Our returns policy is valid for 28 days from receipt of an item Returns Authorisation - Before returning any item please follow our returns procedure by emailing Customer Services with:-

(a) Your Name (b) Your Order Number (c) The Reason for return

You will receive an email back confirming that we have received your request and to go ahead with the return of the item. We will authorise the return of an item in the following cases:-

Faulty / Damaged Item - You may return any item that was faulty or damaged when received for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.

Duplicate / Incorrect Item - You may return any duplicate or incorrect item collected by you as a result of our error for a full refund. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item.

Unwanted Item - You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund as long as it is still in good condition and suitable for resale. We will refund your card once we have received and processed the item. We cannot refund or exchange an opened item unless it is faulty or the item was given to you through our error.
